Human resources services mainly focus on supplying competent project management or coordination manpower to our clients to support their business development in the oil and gas industry, including the preparation of RFP, execution plans, schedules, or contracts; ensure appropriate review and interpretation of various legal agreements and transactions within subcontractor/service providers; cooperate and communicate effectively with internal and external project participants; strengthen, promote and realize value from project controls by leading and overseeing the integration and execution of project controls standards and procedures, including the integration of corporate resources; execute cost estimate, schedule development, and interact with the clients to interpret their technical needs and requirements. Despite that this is our new business, the incoming needs from our existing customers will further bring more opportunities to us.
